How does renting a dress work?
Select your dress, choose the date you plan to wear it, and place your booking online. Your dress will be couriered to you before your event, ready to wear. After your event, simply return it using the prepaid return bag provided.

What date do I book for?
Please book the date you are wearing the dress, not the delivery or return date.

When will my dress arrive?
Your dress will arrive 1–2 working days before your event.

Do you ship NZ-wide?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery throughout New Zealand.

How do I return my dress?
Place the dress in the prepaid return bag and drop it off at a NZ Post counter by the required return date. Please do not use street posting or drop boxes.

What happens if I return my dress late?
Late returns may incur a late fee, as this can affect other bookings. Please contact us immediately if you think your return will be delayed.

How do I choose the right size?
Each dress listing includes sizing information and measurements. We recommend comparing these to your own measurements, as designer sizing can vary.

Do you offer try-ons?
We offer try-on appointments for a small fee. If you proceed to rent the dress, this fee will be credited toward your booking (conditions apply).

Do I need to clean the dress?
No — all dresses are professionally cleaned after each hire. Please do not wash or dry clean the dress yourself.

What if I damage the dress?
Minor wear is expected. However, significant damage, stains, or alterations may incur repair or replacement costs.

Can I alter the dress?
No alterations, pinning, taping, or hemming are allowed.

Can I change my booking date?
Date changes may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Can someone else wear the dress?
The dress is hired for your use only and cannot be worn by another person.
